Sponsor. Orange County Solar, Contracting Services Inc. d/b/a OC Solar, 240 Progress, Suite #100, Irvine, CA 92618 ("Sponsor"). This promotion is a sweepstakes conducted by Sponsor and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club, LLC, Honda Center, the National Hockey League, or any of their respective affiliates. All team and league names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners.
Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who own the residence at which they live, and whose residence is located within one hundred (100) miles of Irvine, California, as determined by Sponsor. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. Renters and non-owner occupants are not eligible.
Promotion Period. The Promotion begins upon publication of this page and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 31, 2026 (the "Entry Deadline"). Entries received after the Entry Deadline will not be eligible.
How to Enter. Visit get.ocsolar.com/ducks and complete and submit the entry form with your full name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. Limit one (1) initial entry per person and per household. Additional entries submitted via said webpage from the same person or household will be void. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, offer eligible entrants opportunities to earn additional entries via email or text message during the Promotion Period. Any such bonus entries will be free to obtain, will require no purchase, and will be subject to these Official Rules and to the terms disclosed in the applicable communication. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are void.
Prize. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of two (2) glass-level seats to one (1) Anaheim Ducks regular-season home game at Honda Center during the 2026–27 NHL season and two (2) official Anaheim Ducks Breakaway jerseys. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $600. The specific game, date, seat location, and jersey size/style are not guaranteed and will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion after the winner is confirmed, subject to availability. Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Travel, parking, food, and all other expenses not expressly stated are the winner's sole responsibility. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
Drawing and Winner Selection. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about December 31, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or text message within approximately seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond and confirm eligibility within five (5) days of first notification attempt. Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of age, residence, and homeownership and to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winner's List. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: OC Solar Fall 2026 Ducks Giveaway Winner, 240 Progress, Suite #100, Irvine, CA 92618, to be received by January 31, 2027, or email salessupport@ocsolar.com with the subject line "Ducks Giveaway Winner."

By submitting the entry form, you expressly consent and authorize Sponsor and those acting on its behalf to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide regarding this Promotion and Sponsor's products and services by live call, prerecorded or artificial-voice message, autodialed call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email, even if your number is listed on a federal, state, or company Do Not Call registry. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. Your information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. California residents may exercise their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as described in that policy.
General Conditions. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper conduct. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or garbled entries or for any technical or human error in the processing of entries. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, city of residence, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Except where prohibited, the winner releases and holds harmless Sponsor, the Anaheim Ducks, the NHL, and their respective affiliates, officers, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the prize. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
